Our process
A qualified electrician or experienced engineer will visit your site to discuss and understand your requirements. We’ll ask lots of questions We’ll arrange a follow-up visit to talk through our recommendations and present the quote, including a detailed scope of works. We are flexible enough to adapt to the particular details of every individual project.
During the works, we will minimise disruption to your ongoing services. For example, we will fit around your retail or school timescales, and take care not to damage your carpets if we’re working in your home. Our engineers dress in branded uniforms, and always behave professionally on site. Throughout the project, we’ll conduct our own audits to oversee the quality of work. We’re happy to operate in conjunction with other trades, and will allocate sufficient resources to meet your deadlines.
After the job is complete, we offer a full maintenance package and including a parts and labour warranty.
